Overview
Signal, a partnership between Swindon Borough Council and Digital City (UK) LTD, is a next generation wireless network provider who are currently installing a wireless network across the whole Borough of Swindon. They came to me in need of a website to inform the public about the project and promote their free and premium mobile connectivity services.
Technical
Expression Engine was quickly chosen as the right CMS to power the entire site, due to its ease of use and flexibility as a platform. After the Expression Engine installation had been set up and customized with various plugins and bespoke PHP, it was time to create the front end using HTML, CSS and some Javascript (Specifically Jquery). Which was then developed in to a fully functioning expression engine theme. Links were also created to Sales Force, the CRM chosen by signal, and their billing system.
I have since produced a number of print materials, landing pages and email campaigns for signal.
